All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

In the event of unusually high order volumes or supply delays, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Peakform ships exclusively within Australia from our local fulfillment facility.

We partner with reputable carriers including:

  • Aramex

  • StarTrack

to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (metro areas)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery postcode

  • Selected courier service

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotional campaigns, as indicated on our website.


4. Packaging & Handling

All products are packaged in secure, tamper-evident packaging to preserve integrity during transit.

Orders are handled and prepared in accordance with best practices for laboratory research compounds.

Where necessary, temperature-protective measures are used to maintain product stability during transport.


5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing:

6. Shipping Restrictions

Peakform currently ships within Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping due to regulatory and import restrictions on research compounds.

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use.


7. Delays or Lost Shipments

While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional courier or weather delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.

  2. Allow the estimated delivery window to pass.

  3. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived after 7 business days beyond the estimated timeframe.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment; or

  • A refund, subject to availability and investigation.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Peakform cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
