1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Peakform are strictly for laboratory and research purposes.
They are intended to be handled only by trained professionals within controlled research environments.
Due to the specialised nature of these materials, Peakform does not offer refunds or returns for:

Improper storage or handling after delivery

Use outside legitimate research applications
2. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For safety, contamination prevention, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered research materials.
Once products leave our controlled facility, their integrity cannot be verified if returned.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
All orders are dispatched using reputable Australian courier and postal services.
While Peakform cannot control courier delays, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will provide either:

A replacement shipment; or

A refund
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued where:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The order was cancelled prior to dispatch

The product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Confirmation will be sent once completed.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be granted where:

Items were mishandled, improperly stored, or altered

An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout

A claim is made more than 7 days after delivery
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
